Refund policy

At Brewbot, we are dedicated to providing high-quality brewing equipment and accessories. Every product is thoroughly inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

GENERAL POLICY

Once an item has been delivered and accepted by the customer, it cannot be returned.
If a product is not functioning properly or develops an issue after delivery, the respective service team will inspect and attempt to repair it.
• If the product can be repaired, it will be serviced and returned to the customer.
• If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a new or equivalent unit.
👉 No refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

SERVICE & SUPPORT PROCESS

If you face any issue with your Brewbot product:
1. Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery via:

2. Provide your order number, photos/videos, and a description of the problem.
3. The service team will assess and attempt to repair the issue.
4. If repair is not possible, we will arrange a replacement.

NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement unless found defective upon initial inspection:
• Cleaning and maintenance products
• Consumables, filters, and accessories
• Spare parts
• Customised or special-order items
• Items purchased during sale or promotional periods
• Products that have been opened, installed, or used

DELIVERY INSPECTION

Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with:
• Note “Received Damaged” on the courier receipt.
• Retain the original packaging and contact our team immediately with photos or videos.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed and payment has been completed.
• Products purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for return, replacement, or exchange.
